1. About these terms
1.1 These terms apply to the download, access, and/or use of Teriun Games games, whether from a computer, mobile device, or any other website or platform. These terms also apply to any other services we may offer in connection with the games or the website, such as customer support, social media, or community channels. These terms are a legal agreement and contain important information about your rights and obligations regarding our services.
1.2 If you do not agree to these terms or any future updated version, you must not access or use our services, and you must cease all current access and/or use. If any future update to these terms requires you to take action in order to accept the updated terms, you may not be able to continue using our services until you have taken that action.
1.3 These terms represent a legal agreement between you and Teriun Games, a Colombian studio based in Bogotá (NIT 901433927-9).
1.4 These terms are available on the app store or platform from which you download our games (such as the Apple App Store, Google Play Store), and on any website or platform on which you can play our games. You understand that by accessing and/or using our services, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.
1.5 To use our services, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and agree that, if you are between 13 and 18 years of age, your legal guardian has reviewed these terms, agrees to them, and agrees to your access or use of our services. To use our voice chat functionality (see section 6.4 below), you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
1.6 You can access the latest version of these terms at any time at teriungames.com/terms-and-conditions. We may modify these terms at any time as set out in section 17 below. Your continued use of the services after the terms have been updated will constitute confirmation that you accept the updated terms.

2. About Access to and Use of Our Services
2.1 The specific rules for each game, as well as its scoring rules, controls, and guidelines, can be found within each game. These rules, scoring rules, controls, and guidelines form part of these terms; you confirm that you will abide by them with respect to each individual game you choose to access or use.
2.2 You are responsible for any internet connection or mobile device charges you may incur for accessing and using our services. If you are unsure of these charges, you should check with your internet service provider or mobile operator before accessing or using our services.
2.3 Our services, or any part of them, may be unavailable for technical or maintenance reasons, whether scheduled or unscheduled.

3. Accounts
3.1 When using our services, you are required to log in with either a Google or Apple account. Login details are provided by the provider, and Teriun Games has no access to information other than your email address.
3.2 You agree not to provide your login details to others, and you agree not to prevent others from using your login details or account.
3.3 When reference is made to login details or account details in these terms, this also refers to the login details and account details of any social network or platform with which you have allowed our services to interact.
3.4 We will assume that anyone who logs into your account using your details will be you or someone with your permission. If you fail to keep your login details secret, or if you share them or your account with another person (whether intentionally or unintentionally), you accept full responsibility for the consequences of that action, including any unauthorized purchases that may occur, and you agree to compensate us for all resulting loss or damage.
3.5 We will not be liable to you for any loss you suffer as a result of an unauthorized person accessing your account or using our services, and we accept no liability for any loss or damage resulting from such unauthorized use, whether fraudulent or otherwise.
3.6 You are aware that if you delete your account, or if we delete your account in compliance with these terms, you may lose access to any data previously associated with it (including, but not limited to, your progress on our services).
